Hi friends! I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving! Back in October on a crisp autumn day my friend Ashley and I put together a styled shoot in my backyard in Waunakee. There was a ton of rain leading up to the shoot, but that didn't stop us! Featuring a warm and neutral color palette, a real life couple, and even cakes from Netflix star D Bar Bakery, it was a true production of love.
I was inspired to get back to a classic fall design using white pumpkins, fall foliage, buffalo check patterns and a stunning Essence of Australia gown from Marah's Elegant Bridal to pull it all together. Ashley from Ash & Anders Photography captured the intimate details of this setting and this sweet passionate couple elegantly.
Homestead Florals flawlessly designed the most delightful centerpieces, bouquet & boutonniere, and we were thrilled to add a delicious charcuterie board from Tricky Foods. I hope these images can inspire your micro wedding or intimate gathering.
Other amazing vendors we were fortunate to collaborate with were: Niki Press Designs for the beautiful invite suite, Soha Diamond Co. for the wedding rings, A La Crate for the table, chairs & rug, Nedrebos for the groom's suit and last but not least ANiU Salon & Spa for creating our bride's romantic look. Huge thank you to Jordayn & Cole Dierckx who were our models and so much fun to work with.
Now it's time for some Christmas music, decorating, and shopping local. Cheers friends!
XO
Amy
